Bio:

Jean Konkel completed her Master's degree at the University of Houston with an emphasis on Instructional Design and Technology. She has been teaching at Bucks County Community College for eleven years. She has presented at numerous conferences on issues related to technology and design. She participated in a National Endowment for the Arts Summer Institute to study the impact of technology on communication through the ages.
