Bio:
My name is Earl R. Freese III, but I commonly go by my middle name, Rob. I am currently the Director of Accreditation, Certification, and Curriculum Development for the Bucks County Community College Department of Public Safety Training & Certification. Managing the accreditation, industry aligned certifications, curriculum development, and the Fire Science and Emergency Management degree pathways. During my 20+ years with the College, he has served in multiple leadership roles, including ten years as Executive Director.
I am actively engaged in the industry and have served in various roles in both the career and volunteer Firefighter/EMS industry. I am also a part time faculty member, academic advisor, and coordinator for the Fire Science and Emergency Management Academic Programs. I also instruct numerous programs through the Pennsylvania State Fire Training System, and hold numerous advanced fire, rescue, and emergency services certifications. Along with contributing to several national/international committees and publications, including IFSTA and Jones & Bartlett, and serving in various roles within industry accreditation bodies.
