The Director of Admissions oversees the work of all functions of the Office of Admissions, the overarching purpose of which is to attract new students, provide efficient application methods, engage the community-at-large, and monitor initial enrollment. The Director is a subject matter expert in recruitment and enrollment strategies/best practices and provides advice and guidance related to those areas to the Dean of Academic & Student Administration and other College leaders. In addition, the Director serves as the Principal Designated School Official for SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System), a function of the Department of Homeland Security. Finally, the Director of Admissions serves as a liaison to both the Upper Bucks and Epstein at Lower Bucks campuses for all admissions-related functions.
Salary Range: $68,438 - $90,014 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Requirements Include:
- Master's Degree
- 4-6 years of experience in admissions or related field.
- Ability to establish & maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Strong commitment to data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with persons of diverse cultures, language groups, and abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of, sensitivity to, and respect for the diverse backgrounds of all students, faculty, and staff.
- Knowledge of current trends in higher education and understanding of community college recruitment and onboarding strategies and best practices.
- (Preferred Qualification) Prior leadership experience in admissions.
